"If it's too difficult to download," Godin said, "people will just keep reading print books."
Have you noticed MJ Rose rarely (or never?) mention about the DRM level 5, it is either she is not an expert, or she is too shame due to all her ebooks are using DRM level 5. Do your ebooks sell well Ms. Rose? Please don't blame the customer not ready for ebooks, it is the cumbersome DRM level 5 that make people hesitate to buy.
