Ojster just get a reply from CyberRead and it seems like they will have LEVEL 5 as well as some LEVEL 3 eBooks:
"As an eBook Bookstore, CyberRead does not set the encryption level of the books it carries. Our publishers and authors make that decision. Many of our smaller publishers are choosing level 3 while our many of our trade publishers are choosing level 5 for certain books. We are very aware of the complaining about the encryption scheme. I happen to do the majority of my reading on my Jornada. I can appreciate your suggestions. I make similar, yet more diplomatic, suggestions to our publishers and authors. I do not "guarantee" more or less sales based on encryption levels. This industry is growing as well as technology is advancing. Perhaps in the future DRM level 5 will be accepted and preferred if we, the technology side, can make it transparent to the end user. That will be determined at a later date."
