Remember Amazon's double standard regarding on eBooks with DRM 5...
Well, Jaroen received an email from Amazon yesterday finalizing their statement in this matter:
Dear Jeroen,
Greetings from Amazon.com.
I am extremely sorry for this situation. Both of these titles were intended to be compatible with Pocket PCs. However, there has been a mixup with the level of security encryption with these titles by Mike Resnick and they are not able to be read on the Pocket PC.
I have requested refunds for both of these titles. You should see credits on your next statement. Again, I am extremely sorry for this error.
In addition to our large selection, one of the benefits we try very hard to offer our customers is convenience, and we have not met that standard in this case. Please accept my sincere apologies.
